Our practice has always been centered on the promise of high-quality, honest legal work for a fair price. Our services range from defending people accused of crimes to civil lawsuits involving business disputes to representation before local administrative boards. Two of our attorneys are also accomplished mediators, serving to help people already involved in lawsuits to try to settle their cases on terms that the parties themselves create.
We live and work in the New Bern community, but we practice and regularly appear before State trial and appeals courts, Federal trial and appeals courts, and even the United States Supreme Court. We want our clients to be confident that we have their best interests at heart, and that we give them our best efforts, from our highest courts to our neighborhood disputes.
